Scrappy Works for Me
We finished a few quilts one morning for Project Linus. This was my favorite. I love scrappy randomness that has a bit of order to it. Just like life.
This is so much easier than it looks. Sew a bunch of strips together. Square up the block with the center strip on the diagonal. Sew the blocks together. :D (But the effect is cool, isn't it??) :D And working with Project Linus, we start with whatever they've got- blocks, fabric strips, partially finished quilts. And then we finish them, or start some new ones.
