Grand Gift

 

 This is a gift made for me from one of my grandgirls, Kennedy.  He's air dry clay and acrylic paint.

He didn't make it home in one piece, but I was able to glue his tail back on. And I gave him a spray of clear varnish so he could shine a bit.

Dear Kennedy,
Thank you for my precious feathered friend. He sits on my desk right next to my computer, so I think of you every day when I see him. 
Wish you lived close by- but I look forward to seeing all of you this summer. I'm already planning on fun things to make when you come visit. Maybe you can think of some projects for us to try too!
