More from our quilt group....
This one is Nan's. It's bright and fun and I love the white with black alphabet backing fabric!
Nan believes in an apron for every holiday, so this Valentine one features a heart on the pocket and cute dingle ball fringe.
Lori also made a cute Valentine apron from a tea towel. Hers features pretty redwork embroidery.
Also by Lori, a Valentine quilt featuring a vintage-look "Valentine Kids" print.
And Lori added a cute detail to this froggy quilt for her grandson- a nubby yarn trim.
Oh, and one more from Dawn... love all that color from someone who is a bit colorblind!
Still more to come!! Our little group has been busy!!!
Make it a wonderful day!
Fabulous quilts and what an adorable pinnie! Love that first one best, it's so sweet. A pinnie for every occasion- what a great idea, my mother would love that! Thanks for sharing, Stephanie!
ReplyDeleteYour pictures really captured the quilts- I LOVE your camera and of course YOUR eye! I figured out what it is about my quilt (the one you featured) that makes it look "wonky"...because of the way I set the blocks, one block is a half inch higher than it's neighbor and vice versa...it's a subtle thing but it took seeing my quilt in a picture to figure that out!
ReplyDeleteI missed seeing Nan's - so happy you posted a picture. I love it!
